Corporate ProfileCapitol Services, owned and operated by Jill McGregor is a Destination Management Company established on Capitol Hill in 1987. Capitol Services will design, coordinate and produce all aspects of your program including but not limited to site and vendor negotiation. Our firm is recognized as Washington, DC's premier Destination Management Company and has been committed to excellence in service for more than a decade. Most recently, the Washington Business Journal designated us as one of the city's "best event planning companies in the area". In 2002, the company expanded and purchased a building In Falls Church, VA. Today our firm employs 30 full time executive staff members in our Marketing, Sales, Operations and Transportation Departments. Additionally we employ over 100 contract part time employees.PhilosophyCapitol Services, Inc will propose only those programs that reflect the quality events that we know to be in the best interest of our clients. To that end, we will retain or partner with only those vendors who demonstrate a like kind commitment. The Capitol Services infrastructure has been built with a team of the most qualified professionals in the industry with over four decades of experience combined. First, the selection of our team members reflects the company's proprietary standard to employ only those individuals who demonstrate the highest regard and commitment to customer service. Second, each department director and team employee offer a unique level of experience in destination management. Third, we retain only those employees who consistently present the best venue and vendor product, offer the most cost-effective programming and successfully produce on-site programming. Fourth, although many of our contract staff have been with us for over ten years, Capitol Services provides continuous training programs for these staff members focusing on program management and customer service. |
